Was my regualr but after this mean wont be buying again very late, cold not as ordered, then not interested when tried to complain

Fourth time I have ordered and before all has been fine but on this occassion delivery was poor and what was delivered was incorrect plus food was cold. I generally order over a weekend and never had an issue so perhaps it was just one of those off nights.

The meals we have had have been fantastic, really enjoyed this good for value tasty food

This is possibly the worst order Ive ever had from BD. It was late with no apology this wasnt the worst thing though. Vegetable paratha was tough, lacked vegetables and was slightly charred. Tandoori fish was tasteless. I‘m suprised, Ive had some good food from BD, but this has put me off using them again. Unsuprisingly a friend was eating in the same night. They booked for 8.30pm, by 9.30pm hadnt even had poppadoms, by 10.20 they got their starter. BD are obviously struggling to give any quality.

Always an excellent meal from them.
