Free delivery within specific areas. Minimum order for free delivery is £9.00 We do aim to deliver every order within 45 min, depending on weather conditions and safety in mind. Menu items subject to availability. Offers can not be used in conjunction with any other offers. Sorry we do not accept cheques. Prices and offers may change without prior notice. All offers are excluding stuffed crust. Please mention offers when ordering.   Didn‘t have a number of the toppings we selected. They decided to make up for this by putting a very large amount of a herb on, unfortunately in the quantities used this was quite unpleasant.

  Very disappointed. The first few times we used Pizza Sam Sam we were very impressed. Last time they didn‘t have a number of the ingredients we asked for, which we hoped was a one-off. Not so. Again this time I got a call, perhaps 30 mins after placing our order, saying they didn‘t have several of them. Arranging replacements was a painful process as they didn‘t seem to be able to suggest anything when I said it had to be vegetarian, and as I didn‘t have the web site in front of me I had to try to remember the remaining options. I managed to find some replacements, but when they finally delivered the pizzas (approaching an hour and a half after placing our order) one of them had the wrong toppings on. They also hadn‘t included the dip that was supposed to be with the potato wedges. It‘s a shame, as when they get it right they do nice pizzas, but we won‘t be using them again.

  Used a 20% off voucher code provided on the menu for online orders - code accepted by Meal2Go site, the delivery driver disagreed (even after showing him the confirmation of the price on my laptop) and resulted with an argument with someone back at the restaurant over the phone about the price of the bill and ended with them saying they will not deliver to us again, add that to the very long delivery time, not impressed with the quality of service here

  My pizza took 1 hour 45 mins to arrive, I couldn‘t find their direct phone number online, so had to phone a national number, and wait 20 mins to be put through. Apparently my pizza had just left, funny that.
  
  To add insult to injury the pizza was the worst I have ever tasted. I had not realized it was stuffed crust, and the cheese they had used tasted disgusting.
  
  I should have just got a Value pizza out of the freezer, would have been much quicker, and no less tasty.

  Food was good enough but delivered chips instead of coleslaw as had run out of coleslaw and missed the Hot Wings off the order completely. When I called them they wanted me to pay for the Hot WIngs and a delivery charge as reconned was not on the order. Thankfully meal2go contacted them and sorted it out - otherwise we would have lost out.
