  I ordered from Top1 Pizza as I was pleased with their service and their pizzas are good. However this time, I was highly disappointed. I placed an order at about 10pm on a Tuesday night and the actual delivery was around 11:30pm! I was nearly dying of starvation so I called them after an hour and was told that the delivery person was on his way and it was a busy night. I got no apologies and no phone call to say that the delivery will take so long. When the delivery finally arrived after an hour and half, the delivery person did apologise and was willing to reduce the amount by a pound but I had already paid online so there was no point in offering! Overall it was a big let down on my expectations of the service offered by them.
