  really late delivery, a driver who doesn‘t understand English, Free Deals Missing, When tried to call and talk politely, ‘ The Boss‘ refuses to give margherita because I paid 3.50 by voucher so practically for him I only paid him £12.80 so he would only send a garlic bread, had to call meal2go and get them to sort out the problem, and guess what happened in all of this? The food‘s gone cold...
  
  The toppings on the pizza are tiny, a bit smaller and it would be like finding a needle in the haystack.

  I ordered for whole roast chicken, but they say they don‘t have chicken that time and suggested me to cancel the order and order for a new one through online.. however I didn‘t ordered for a new one and was hoping my money could be refund.. but in the end, the money was still not refund till today.. and when I tried calling them it was not helpful at all and they don‘t try to refund my money at all.. Based on my previous experience of ordering pizza from here, the taste is good but the service is horrible :((

The service isn´t good as they miss out things from your order and take ages on delivery. sometime delivery can be good tho but not often. the value is good for the money compared to some other places.to be honest its better going there and ordering yourself. its much quicker than doing it online.

  I love the food from my local meal2go but it´s getting to the point where by I´m going to start ordering my food from somewhere else because for the past 8 weeks or so, it´s been taking nearly 2 hours for my food to be delivered. And when I´ve called up ton find out where my food is, the person I´m talking to says that it´s on it´s way. I love the quality of the food and the fact that I can order online but I prefer to have food hot and not wait for nearly 2 hours every time. Can someone please take appropriate actions
