1. Cancellation: once your order has been placed, we set about cooking straight away. That means should you wish to cancel your order, please call within 5 minutes of placing the original order to receive a full refund. Please call us (rather than email) when requesting a cancellation. 2. Allergies: we cannot guarantee that any of our foods are free from nuts or nut derivatives. We cannot guarantee that our food will be free from any other ingredients that may causes allergies or allergic reactions. 3. Delivery Times: we aim to deliver your order to the address provided in 45 minutes (up to 60 minutes during 7 - 8:30 peaks). 4. Delivery Charges and Free Delivery: all orders over £10 (midweek) and £13 (weekends) are delivered for free unless your order is to a postcode starting with SW1,3, 7 or 13 or to a postcode outside of our stated delivery area (for SW1,3,7 and 13 the minimums are higher). For all other scenarios please call us for a delivery quote. The quote will depend on several factors listed here: a)Your distance from one of our branches b)The size of your order c)The availability of delivery drivers d)The managers discretion. The delivery charge will be agreed with you before we dispatch your order. 5. Order Confirmation: we reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to establish contact with you by phone or email after you have placed an order. This is to protect ourselves against fraudulent and hoax orders. In some circumstance (for example exceptionally large orders) we may insist on a deposit to be paid in advance before confirming your order.
