  A selection of age-old popular dishes commonly found in Indian cuisines. These are prepared to unique chefs style, retaining the authenticity of each dish.
• Masala dishes
  The nations number one dish. Cooked in a special rich tandoori sauce, prepared in a blend of aromatic spices with coconut, almonds & fresh cream.
• Tandoori specialities
  Marinated in yoghurt & a special selection of herbs & spices. Then cooked in an open top clay oven (tandoor) fired by charcoal, creating a unique flavour. Fairly dry served with fresh salad.
• Jalfrezi dishes
  These dishes are marinated & cooked in the tandoor (clay oven) & then cooked with finely sliced onions, green peppers & fresh green chillies in a spicy sauce.
• Karai specialities
  Prepared in a rich, thick sauce with tomatoes, capsicum & medium sized onions, tossed together with garlic & ginger in an iron wok which brings out the maximum flavour.
• Balti specialities
  The following are prepared with a whole variety of spices including ginger, garlic & fresh coriander, cooked in finely chopped onions & peppers in a special balti sauce. Can be served mild, medium or hot.
• Biryani specialities
  Stir fried with basmati rice & your chosen meat or vegetable with a blend of medium spices & served with a separete vegetable curry.
• English & continental dishes
  For the kids perhaps. All the following are served with peas, chips & side salad.

  this is usually a really nice take away but this time not so good, after waiting for an hour and 10 mins for the delivery i was taking the items out of the bag only to realise the rice was missing, i had to google thier telephone number, called them and by the time the rice turned up the rest of the meal was only just warm, will give them another try but will not order if this happens again.
