• Tandoori dishes
  This method of cooking is an ancient art handed down through many generations & a speciality of our chef. All tandoori dishes over charcoal in individual portions in a traditional oven made of special clay. Only natural ingredients are used & little or no oil is necessary (dieters needn´t be concerned) hence the full flavour of meal & spices are retained for your enjoyment. We recommend tandoori nan or tandoori roti with dishes.

  Preparation of rice with saffron, almonds, sultanas, bay leaves, coconut powder, tomatoes & herbs, garnished with cucumber & tomato on top. It is served with a vegetabl sauce to make a complete dish. The biryani is ideal for the inexperienced in oriental cuisines, yet with a stronger sauce it appeals to the hardened addict.

• Balti dishes
  This is a very popular dish cooked in a traditional Indian style. The method of cooking is applied in a cast iron pot which enhances the exotic flavour. These dishes are cooked with onion, tomatoes & chopped capsicum using special herbs & spices - a dish which has to be tasted to be appeciated.
• Curry dishes
  With all curry dishes you can eat rice, nan, paratha or roti. All of them can be made very mild, medium, madras or vindaloo. A south Indian version of dishes produced from a wide range of oriental spices giving a rich favour. Specify the strength required.
