  The food quality on arrival was good but the ice cream and wine were forgotten from the delivery. the wine was redelivered 15 mins later but the ice cream had still been forgotten, by this point the remaing food was almost cold anyway. the ice cream was redelivered 15 mins after that and i phoned the shop to complain at which point i was told i would receive a £5 discount on my next order. how this will happen is beyond me but we will see if i EVER use Tops again
