  this order took 2 hours to arrive...When asking for assistance from meal2go Shazia chased up tuscani`s on our behalf and gave details for us to get further help if needed..(thank you) when food still did not arrive we chased up again and was told to ring ourselves and sort....this was by a customer service rep that did not give us a name...probably because they could not be bothered to sort the problem out and pass the issue back to us!!!
  I usually am impressed by service by meal2go...and tuscani...but not tonight...years ago you would tell 10 friends about bad service...today customers tell 1000`s within minutes by social networking sites...anonymous meal2go rep...its your job to chase the food we ordered via your company.....and tuscani....lets hope your delivery time is as good as it has been in previous orders next time..

  Order took 1 hr 45 min to come on a Sunday night at 10pm. One quick word of sorry with no explanation offered for why this exceptional delay. No show of goodwill: PH or Dominos would have given us pizza for free. Pizza was nice and garlicky tho a tad too salty for my taste.

  Generally good food but very poor delivery service. Anything from a 40 minute to a two hour wait. Pizza is not as appetising when it needs to be reheated!

  Delicious food but delivery was slow, driver called to ask directions saying he was around the corner then still took another 20 mins. But will still use them again. Pizzas were tasty hot and good value.

  Food was great and brilliant value for money. We waited 1hr 20 mins for delivery though and the driver tried to charge us twice due to us paying via the internet and he didnt know what we were talking about when we tried to explain.

  omg!! first time i have ever ordered from here. waited over 2 hours and when it arrived it was freezing cold a soggy mess!! they refused to send the delivery man back for a refund so my boyf had to go down and demand his money back!! what a joke big fat zero for every sector (even when they where late they offered no discount)
