  I`ve been ordering from here for ages but this has to be a first for them the driver lost, and then saying don`t worry the food is hot, I had to reheat the food in the micro wave!!!!.........to the manager of Balisco get sat navs or maps and maybe a bit of common sense cos today was shocking only wish i could put zero out of 10 :(

  Delivered in good time and hot. But there were a couple of things that let the whole thing down- the fact they got part of the order wrong and delivered a deep pan pizza instead of the thin crust I ordered, and could have done without the driver delivering the order without a cigarette in his mouth as well. Very poor service.

  Asked for olives on pizza when I added them the bill went up a pound because it was an extra. Even made a point of saying if you have green olives it would be even better if not black will do. Did not get them. Food was good but lacked the one ingredient I actually wanted and as a result I felt like Pizza day was a useless empty waste this week!

  The order was late and the delivery person tried to deliver to the wrong house and it was only because we spotted him that we received the order at all! There was no gravy or curry sauce on the chips and we received garlic dip instead of sour cream. The cheese had leaked out of the mozzerella bites leaving us with empty tubes.
