  Mixed up items, no orderer customisations - no tomato, cheese slices that paid 0,20p, there was no cheeseburger (instead there was another one chicken fillet burger).   Food took ages to be delivered, we don‘t appreciate being lied to by the delivery guy we‘d rather them just apologise about it being late instead of saying that they were outside for ages (this was 2 minutes after my partner had checked outside to see if anyone has arrived, which they hadn‘t). At least the food was hot.
