  Would never go to this shop again, they got the order wrong by the notes not being read. When we called them up they were nasty and rude to us forcing us to call Meal2go and complain. Meal 2 go confirmed we were correct and told the shop to send the correct order. The order was brought out to us and he brought someone else in the car who got out and this caused us to feel threatened. He then would not leave our property telling us "HE HAD TO CORRECT US" and still claims it is out fault even though meals to go have the proof.
  
  They have also returned to using Cheap Polish Coke which tastes terrible but charge the same price. They also no longer allow you to pick a drink from the fridge but dictate to you what you can due to costs. Quality of food is going down and even though it was not our mistake we were told that customers like us are not wanted. Would not eat from there again because of food quality, incorrect orders, and staff that have a go at you blaming you for mistakes that are not yours. Hopefully they will take note of customers and get things sorted before they lose to much business.

  The food was generally nice, cooked well. The donner burger was spicier than normal, this varies so much, we asked for red sauce and mayonnaise on the burgers and only got mayonnaise. The notes on the order, sometimes, are not read properly. A bit dissapointed this time round.

  I will never use this shop again I received my order after 2 hours 20 mins, the food was not edible, the driver help himself to a tip out of my change which is theft. I phoned the shop to complain and again they did not care, did not return my correct change and offered me no explanation and where not sorry either.

  est delivery time is set at 57 minutes, it took 1 hour 30 mins before i gave up and phoned them to see what was happening, 15 mins after basically being told to wait, the order arrived. The amount of food you get in comparison to most takeaways is good value for money! the meal was satisfying, but my chips were cold and soggy and were thrown away, the burger was very tasty and filling. The delivery man, although it was 1.30 AM, yes morning time, was very loud and woke up a family member of mine, if you dont mind waiting, this is an average place to go, dont expect greatness though.

  unfortunately, they forgot to put in a coke and chips, spotted the coke missing and gave me my money back but they missed the chips....realized it when i actually started eating and smth was missing....not cool guys....not cool, I expect a discount next time...all in all food was great and delivery as usual, mint :)

  ordered online, delivery came later than specified time but the food was still hot. Also, Forgot to put chilli sauce on my burger. Besides these two mishaps, food was nice great, definitely recommend

  After an hour we were forced to call the shop to be told it was late because it was cooked fresh. (I should hope it was). When the driver came he drove illegally along the pavement (which apart from being illegal can damage the slabs). He then dropped our food on the floor breaking the sauce container and spraying sauce all over the other items. Not impressed at all, also the status of the order does not go past accepted so you have no idea at what point your food is at making you call them up. Despite the food being late we were still expected to pay the full price

  We have just received our order from Uni and we are not impressed. We waited over an hour and a half for our food - we had to phone them to find out what was going on; even with this their phone was engaged for a very long period of time. Once the food did arrive, we found that they had not delivered the drinks we had already paid for, the food was freezing cold and tasted awful; like it had been laying around for hours and then just heated up - we ended up throwing the food away. I honestly would not recommend this restaurant to another person and I will definately not purchase from them again.

  Delivery took over an hour and a half, and when it arrived one of the can of dr pepper I had ordered had been substituted with a can of rubicon. When I called them I was advised that they had run out of dr pepper so had sent something else. They also forgot to send the potion of fries, which I had to wait afurther 20 minutes for. They refused any discount/refund for the inconvenience.
