  Most of our meals take 20 minutes to cook as our meals are cooked fresh. Your patience in this matter is appreciated.
• Shahjalal karahi
  Grilled and specially cooked with fresh onion, capsicums and tomatoes and fair amount of garlic. Spicy and slightly hot.
• Shahjalal jalfrezi
  Marinated and cooked with fresh ginger, onion, capsicum, green chillies and herbs. An absolute bud tantaliser.
• Shahjalal shatkora
  Grilled chicken or lamb cooked in a blend of herbs and spices in a thick sauce and special sath lemon from Sylhet.
• Shahjalal achari
  Grilled with subtle herbs, garlic and chefs own special pickle, creating a medium tangy sauce.

  Grilled and cooked with mild and creamy sauce with yoghurt.
