  Food is satisfactory, but the delivery driver was rude and have a bad attitude. He parked his car down the road and expect me to go over to his car to collect my delivery order. When he finally reluctantly get out of his car, he just rudely said 10 pounds!. I pointed out the order should be 9.90, and he just blurted out It`s no big deal, I can give you 10p back! I asked him why is he so grumpy, and he just leaned in and ask me what I mean by grumpy, and he was behaving like a mafia! (the last time I got delivery from this particular driver, he was 1 and a half hours late, and the first thing he said to me was you should have come to collect your food instead!

  Very rude delivery driver! Took over an hour for delivery, phoned me saying he`s outside - I waited for 5 mins before he phoned again and he was actually at the wrong address, and he had a go at me! Then turned up asking me to pay 9 quid for a 8.89 order (that was late) and his exact words were should be 9 pound something! How ridiculous! When I pointed out the correct amount, he didn`t have correct change for a 10er. This driver is a joke and a con!

  Didn`t quite recieve the order I asked for, but it wasn`t too much of an issue. Took far longer than the estimated time and was asked to pay twice. Not bad quality, good value, plenty of food was given. Overall not bad.

  We have been waiting for our order for more than an hour. When they called us to pick up the order they were in a different area...they didnt know anything about the city to explain how to get here. For 45 mins we tried to explain the area; they called us from Private Number so we couldnt call back ..when they finally came they didnt have any change to give back the food was horrible.they didnt have a bag to put the order inside..the driver forgot to gave us the drinks and went back inside to his car and we reminded him.. never ever again order from caspian.

  terrible service. the driver phoned me to tell me about a delivery charge and said he told me last week when i actualy last ordered from them last year. he arrived and i had to walk to his car in the pouring rain after standing at my door for 5 mins because he couldnt find my house, he then realized it was a diffarent house he told about the delivery charge. the food was luke warm and i only recieved 5 out of my suposedly 6 mozzerela sticks and no can of drink with my meal, will not be ordering from them again

  Joke springs to mind. The food took well over and hour to arrive and they refused to deliver it to my door so i had to go out to meet them even though there was two of them in the car (not home delivery in my book). When we opened the food it was cold so we had to reheat it. Finally the drinks were worm from being stuck in the bag with the food
