  Food arrived over 80 minutes from when it was ordered. No correspondence from shop. The delivery man was rude and not only was the food cold, it was all over the carrier bag, it had all fallen out. No apology from anybody and not very impressed.

  Have ordered off Donnini for over a year. Never had any problems to be honest. On one occasion, they accidently sent fries rather than cheesy fries, i called them and they were back within 15 minutes, gave us cheesy fries, told us the keep the other fries and gave us two cans of pop as a way of apology. The food is always amazing, and the service is fantastic. I would definately recommend them :)

  i have been having deliveries from here for 6 months and not had a single complaint. the last few orders have gradually been sloppy in presentation ( as they get to know you the standards die) and my last order was placed at 10.30pm so being one of the last orders i wasnt expecting my food to be as fresh as an early delivery. my kebab was full of grease and as you held it the grease was dripping out!!!, i was physically sick after 1 bite. donnini refunded but the food was totally unacceptable, unfortunatly i will not order again!!! dont let them get to know you well as the standards will decline!!!!!
