  To be honest i dont normally do reviews but i was so impressed with the service i got i thought i might this time. we ordered pizza,kebab,chicken dippers and chips everything was as you would expect thanks!!

  very nice service delivery time was spot on, food looks and tastes lovely delivery man was polite and wished us a merry xmas, we asked for some fried mushrooms they didnt have any but took the time to call and apologise for that....all in all brilliant gonna use again.

  It`s a shame, because I`ve used Queen`s in the past and been very happy and this is a lovely pizza. My enjoyment has been marred, however, by the fact that a £7.99 pizza for which I was already charged a £1 surcharge for delivery actually ended up costing me £10 because the rude, hooded delivery guy grabbed my tenner and walked off without so much as a by-your-leave - evidently `assuming` it was my intention to tip him £1.01. I wasn`t going to chase him down the street for it but what a liberty! Maybe in less lean times, I wouldn`t mind so much but £1 will buy a chocolate bar from the vending machine when I`m at work tomorrow. £1 that I will not have to find elsewhere. Maybe I`m a skinflint for not tipping but I don`t. This isn`t America. We have a national minimum wage here. That guy is earning a salary. Nobody `tips` me for the job I do. Nobody tips a firefighter for rescuing them from a burning building or a nurse for keeping them alive in hospital, so why on earth would I tip a guy for delivering me pizza??? Like I just have `spare money` lying round. I already paid for this pizza. It is sheer discourtesy to talk off with a note and not at least `offer` the change and allow the customer to say No worries, mate. Keep the change. If the customer doesn`t and takes his change, TOUGH! I shan`t be using Queen`s Pizza again.

  the food is always prepared to a high quality. and always tastes so good. the pizzas arrive baking hot when delivered and the food uses the freshest ingredients. kebabs are also always good. thanks queens pizza

  this is the best place for pizza and kebabs,lots of meat in the kebabs and pizzas are the best in basildon,after having used 2 certain pizza places we tried something new as they was always getting our orders wrong and food was v.poor quality so we was very happy we now have a new yummy place that the last few and only orders so far have had nothing wrong with them!! :)
